Cubí's phrenological doctrine was embodied in a ceramic head made at La Cartuja de Sevilla's earthenware factory and patented in 1845. Standing 36.5 cm tall, the bust is an original piece of exquisite workmanship that has become a prized ornament, drawing attention in doctors' consulting rooms, art studios and barbershops.
