How to pay

You can pay by any of the following secure payment systems: via credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or by choosing the payment on delivery option.  If you opt for PayPal or credit card there is no need to share your financial details with La Cartuja Distribución 1841 SL.

Delivery and delivery dates

All orders received by La Cartuja Distribución 1841 SL will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the client in their order.

Transport costs for private individuals in Peninsular Spain or Baleares Islands are €6 (including VAT) for orders of up to and including €149.99 in the same order. From € 150.00 and above there is free delivery.

For deliveries to the rest of the world, please ask for information on tariffs and conditions by phone on (+34) 955 99 82 92 or by email info@lacartujadesevilla.com.

For distributors in peninsular Spain and Baleares Islands transport costs are €12 (including VAT) for orders of up to and including €299.99 in the same order. From € 300.00 and above there is free delivery.

Delivery time for peninsular Spain and Baleares Islands is between 3 and 5 working days. Maximum delivery time is 30 days. Orders containing items of tableware for children will have a maximum delivery time of 15 working days for peninsular Spain and Baleares Islands, as these items are personalised.

In the case of one order, contain items with different delivery times then the longest time will be applied to the whole order.

In the case of breakages, you will be contacted by email or telephone about a new delivery date. You may decide to cancel or maintain the order.

Additional information on estimated delivery dates can be obtained by contacting us by email  info@lacartujadesevilla.com or telephone (+34) 955 99 82 92, from Monday to Thursday from 9.00 -18.00 and Fridays 9.00-15.00 (except during summertime when office hours are 9.00-15.00 Monday-Friday).

Unaccepted orders

La Cartuja reserves the right to refuse an order, informing the client in the following cases:

a) stock breakages

b) article unavailable

c) in the case where La Cartuja Distribución 1841 SL considers that the buyer has acted in bad faith or where there are inconsistencies in registered personal details.

Verification and claims

It is the client’s responsibility to verify the quantity and condition of the merchandise when the delivery takes place any discrepancies as such should be reported within 24hours of the delivery. This should be done via email : info@lacartujadesevilla.com, stating the order number and their Fiscal Identification Number.

Returns and exchanges

The client can exchange articles in their order for other articles, by informing La Cartuja Distribución 1841 SL, within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. The client is responsible for cost associated with both returning and sending exchanged items.

For refunds, La Cartuja Distribución 1841 SL should be informed within the first 7 calendar days after delivery. Likewise, the client is responsible for costs of returning the goods and the refund.

In any case the refund will only take effect after it is confirmed that the returned good are in the same condition in which they were received with their original packaging and well packaged.

The refund will be dealt with by email info@lacartujadesevilla.com, and the client should state the order number and their Fiscal Identification Number

Invoicing

The document on our website is for illustrative purposes only. You will receive an invoice together with your order. If you require a digital invoice, you should call (+34) 955 99 82 92 or send an email to info@lacartujadesevilla.com.

Cancellation of an order

If your cancellation is received before the goods are despatched then there will be no charge. If cancellation is received after the goods have been despatched then the client will be responsible for the delivery and return delivery costs.

Limitation of liability

If the published information does not correspond to the product characteristics then the client is entitled to a refund.

The photographs published on the website are merely illustrative. We recommend you consult the product specification for more detailed information.

In order to avoid errors we verify prices each time an order is processed. If the product price is inferior ro the advertised price, we will refund the difference. If the advertised price was superior then we shall inform the client by telephone or via email.

Products and price

Offers published in lacartujadesevilla.com are valid whilst stocks last. Promotions and discounts are not cumulative. Lacartujadesevilla.com reserves the right to modify the range of products according to the difficulties imposed by its suppliers.

Photographs, graphics and product descriptions on sale are indicative only and do not commit the seller in any way.

The advertised prices in lacartujadesevilla.com are in Euros and are in vigour except for typographic error. All prices include VAT applicable on the day of the order; any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the price of products on sale in lacartujadesevilla.com.
